With certifications in CFSC, FRC, Kettlebell, and EXOS Phases 1, 2, and 3, I bring a level of knowledge and experience that goes beyond the basics. Every method I use is intentional, every program I build is backed by it.
Originally from the Dominican Republic, my love for sports and fitness has been with me my entire life. That passion is what drives everything I do at !PEGY technique.
My approach is built on four pillars that I believe are the foundation of optimal health and performance: proper nutrition, intentional exercise, quality rest, and stress management. When these work together, everything changes.
I prioritize creating an environment where every client feels safe, supported, and challenged. Whether you're working to build strength, improve flexibility, or simply feel better in your body, your program is built around you specifically, not a template.
Beyond the training floor, I provide nutritional guidance and lifestyle coaching because real transformation doesn't stop when the session ends.
My goal has never been just to train people. It's to empower them. To push them past what they thought was possible and help them discover a version of themselves they didn't know existed.
